    Snow in the South

    dsc01818
It’s funny to me that when snow is in the forecast, we here in the south don’t know how to function. Yesterday, for example, there was a slight chance for some mixed precip. and all the schools shut down. Needless to say it only rained, but the kids enjoyed a day off. Today, on the other hand, we woke up to a little ice and snow mix and Kaela and a friend are trying to build a snowman. I don’t know how well that’s going to work out since there’s only an inch of snow but they’re having fun.

    Just thinking out loud,

    Shawn

I know what you mean. grew up in Illinois, so snow never stoppd us from going to school. But this ice, on the other hand, is a totally different story. We got about 2 niches here. The entire town looks like a war zone. I have trees down all over my yard. 95 hours without power. Remington and Jacob thought they were going to die without television.
