This past Sunday night, we finished setting up for the concert at First Church of God in Winter Haven, Florida and had gone to the bus to get dressed. Jim and Barbara Colley had arrived at the church about an hour before the concert. He was feeling fine when he arrived… but only a few moments later, he suffered a massive heart attack. The ambulance came and took him to the hospital where he was pronounced dead only a few hours later! Jim came into the church with a smile on his face and I’m sure that his smile was brighter than ever when he stepped into heaven! I can’t think of a better place to be than in church when it’s time to leave! Jim was 85 years old!!!

Praying for Jim’s friends and family. His spirit’s in a better place and another bright side to it, some will see him again. Sad to say, some won’t. Need to make it right before it’s too late. Jim was blessed with a long life. We’re not promised that. As the song goes, “Only Sleeping…”
